If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange.
Bespoke orders and sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
You can return all standard products ordered on Reframed website within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging, with the security label attached, and a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer.
Reframed jewellery will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. Please note Reframed jewellery do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you.
